Welcome to Better Product Sourcing. By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Description

Better Product Sourcing provides supplier research and vetting services for businesses looking to source products from manufacturers. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Researching and identifying potential suppliers based on client requirements
  • Verifying supplier credentials and capabilities
  • Gathering pricing, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), and contact information
  • Providing written recommendations and comparison matrices (Pro tier and above)
  • Direct supplier outreach and negotiation (Done For You tier)

All deliverables are provided in PDF format via email unless otherwise specified.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is required in full before work commences and is processed securely through Stripe.

We offer three service tiers:

  • Starter: $149 AUD - Up to 5 verified suppliers
  • Pro: $299 AUD - Up to 10 verified suppliers with recommendations
  • Done For You: $1,000 AUD - Full supplier outreach and sample coordination

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Additional services outside the scope of your selected tier may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of order confirmation and receipt of all required information:

  • Starter tier: 3-5 business days
  • Pro tier: 5-7 business days
  • Done For You tier: Up to 30 days

Timelines may be extended if additional information is required from the client or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of any delays as soon as practicable.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to identify any suitable suppliers for your product requirements
  • We fail to deliver the service within a reasonable timeframe (30 days beyond the stated delivery timeline)
  • There is a technical error or duplicate charge on your payment

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Better Product Sourcing acts as a research service only. We do not manufacture products, handle transactions between clients and suppliers, or take responsibility for:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of products manufactured by suppliers
  • Actions, representations, or omissions of third-party suppliers
  • Disputes between clients and suppliers
  • Losses arising from business decisions made based on our research
  • Changes in supplier pricing, MOQs, or availability after our report is delivered

While we take reasonable care to verify supplier information, we recommend clients conduct their own due diligence before entering into any business arrangements. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, recommendations, and materials provided by Better Product Sourcing are for the exclusive use of the purchasing client. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our research with third parties without written permission.

Any product descriptions, specifications, or intellectual property you provide remain your property. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete the requested services.

7. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide quality service, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about product requirements
  • Respond to requests for additional information within 48 hours
  • Conduct their own due diligence when engaging with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when importing or manufacturing products
  • Not use our services for illegal, unethical, or prohibited products

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store personal information necessary to provide our services, including name, email address, phone number, and business details. This information is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and we do not store credit card details on our servers.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
